§ 11.02 TOWN SEAL.
   The Council adopts a common seal bearing: a circle with the word “SEAL” centered, with one bar centered above that word and another bar centered below it, all surrounded by a beaded ring, with the words “TOWN OF UPLAND” circling the top and bottom of the beaded ring, with an additional ring surrounding the aforementioned words.
