Noxious weeds and invasive species, including thistles, ragweed, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, nettles, hemp, mustard, honeysuckle and multiflora rose, growing upon any real estate located in the town are hereby declared to be a nuisance irrespective of the height and it is the duty of every property owner to remove all of these plants and to prevent regrowth.
