(A) County Area Plan Animal Ordinance. To the extent that the town is included in the County Area Plan Title IX, General Regulations: Animals (Chapter 90) Ordinance, the County Area Plan Ordinance shall control when this chapter and the County Area Plan Ordinance are in conflict. As long as the provisions of this chapter do not conflict with the County Area Plan Ordinance or the County Area Plan Ordinance does not apply, this chapter shall control.
(B) Revocation of prior animal ordinance. The ordinance codified within this chapter, being Ordinance 2021-4, revokes prior Ordinance 2017-1 (passed on January 3, 2017) in its entirety. This chapter shall control until it is amended and/or revoked.
