1488.98 FEES.

(a) Each application for a certificate of housing inspection shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable inspection fee in accordance with the following schedule:

Single-family dwelling: $250

Two-family dwelling: $300

(b) There shall be no charge for any reinspection requested by the same owner within one year of the issuance of the certificate of housing inspection.
