of up to 20% in any direction if it is determined that such relief will result in a residential attached unit or building that is more appropriately situated and/or more consistent with its context. This provision shall not apply to Section 1251.06

(1) Example application of Commissioner discretion: In the RA District, the Commissioner may administratively reduce the required interior front yard depth from the numerical standard of 7' to 5'7" (7' x 0.8 = 5'7").
