614.03 FURNISHING OR USE OF FALSE PROOF.

(a) No person shall knowingly furnish any false information as to the name, age, or other identification of any underage person (i.e., person under 21), for the purpose of obtaining, or with the intent to obtain, tobacco products for an underage person, by purchase or as a gift.
