1630.99 PENALTY.

Any person who owns or operates a structure subject to Section 1630.01 shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1610.99 of this Code for any violation of this section, provided that the minimum fine for a violation of Section 1630.01 shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
