Whenever used in this Part Sixteen - Fire Prevention Code, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively indicated:
(a) "Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Division of Fire of the City.
(b) "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the Chief of the Division of Fire of the City.
(c) "Fire Chief" means the Chief of the Division of Fire of the City.
(d) "Municipal Legal Officer" means the Director of Law of the City.
(e) "Municipality" means the City of University Heights, Ohio.
