1484.13 PROHIBITED FACILITIES.
   Unless otherwise permitted or specifically in the Planning and Zoning Code, the following uses are prohibited:
   (a)   Group homes.
   (b)   Rehabilitation facilities.
   (c)   Cooperative homes.
