1480.05 ONE-FLOOR DOUBLE HOUSE.

A one-floor double house shall have a minimum habitable floor area of 750 square feet in each suite, in addition to basement or utility room for each suite. Each of the basements shall have a minimum floor area of 400 square feet and each of the utility rooms shall have a minimum floor area of 150 square feet.
