1462.01 DEFINITION.
   “Swimming pool,” as used in this chapter, means an artificial body of water above or below ground, having a capacity of 100 cubic feet or being over 18 inches deep, with a controlled water supply, designed for wading and for swimming and used or intended to be used solely by the owner or lessee of the premises and his or her family, and by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee.
