1442.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1420.99. In addition, three violations of this chapter within the duration of a rental permit may result in the revocation of the rental permit by the Building Commissioner pursuant to Section 1280.10.
