1420.09 ALTERING OR DEVIATING FROM PLANS.

No person shall erase, alter or modify any lines, figures or coloring contained in or upon any plans, drawings or specifications filed with the Division after they have been approved, or deviate therefrom m the execution of the work without the written consent and authorization of the Division.
