(a) "Building Commissioner" or "Commissioner" means the Building Commissioner of the City.
(b) "Chief of the Division of Fire" means the Chief of the Division of Fire of the City.
(c) "City Architect" or "Architect" means the Architect of the City.
(d) "City Engineer" or "Engineer" means the Engineer of the City, or a professional registered engineer engaged by the City as a consultant.
(e) "Department of Finance" means the Department of Finance of the City.
(f) "Department of Public Safety" means the Department of Public Safety of the City.
(g) "Director of Finance" means the Director of Finance of the City.
(h) “Director of Housing” or “Director” means the Director of Housing and Community Development of the City.
(i) “Division of Building Engineering and Inspection” or “Division” means the Division of Building Engineering and Inspection of the Department of Public Safety of the City.
(j) “Mayor” means the Mayor of the City.
