1408.99 PENALTY.

Anyone who fails to conform to the provisions of this chapter without obtaining relief from the Board of Zoning Appeals, upon appeal from a decision of the Building Commissioner, shall be in violation and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1420.99.
