The following factors and characteristics which affect the appearance of a development will govern the City Architect’s evaluation of a design submission:
(a) Conformance to ordinances and this Appearance Code.
(b) Logic of design.
(c) Exterior space utilization.
(d) Architectural character.
(e) Attractiveness.
(f) Material selection.
(g) Harmony and compatibility.
(h) Circulation - vehicular and pedestrian.
(i) Maintenance aspects.
