1404.03 DEFINITIONS.

   Whenever the following terms are used in the Residential Code of Ohio as adopted herein, they shall have the meanings respectively indicated:

   (a)   "Building Official" means the Building Commissioner and Assistant Inspectors.

   (b)   "Family" has the same meaning as specified in Sections 1240.10 and 1472.14 of the Codified Ordinances.
