Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality the Ohio Building Code (OBC), the most current edition, the Ohio Plumbing Code (OPC), the most current edition, and the Ohio Mechanical Code (OMC), the most current edition, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in Division 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
