1278.04 MAXIMUM HEIGHT.
   (a)   Tower - 190 ft. maximum height from ground level at base of tower.
   (b)   Equipment buildings - 30 ft. maximum height from ground level.
   (c)   Equipment buildings shall not exceed 1,000 sq. ft. in area.
