Overnight parking of any motor vehicle or trailer between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. in residential districts is prohibited unless inside of garages or to the rear of the front setback line on approved driveway surfaces, provided however, that where the garage is attached at the front setback line parking is permitted on the driveway between the sidewalk and abutting the front setback line.
