(a) Front Yards. Each lot shall have a front yard not less in depth than the setback building line shown on the Building Zone Map.
(b) Side Yards. Any building on a lot which adjoins a dwelling in a residence district or a vacant lot in a residence district shall have a side yard on that adjoining side not less than ten feet in width.
(c) Rear Yards. Each building that contains any dwelling unit shall have a rear yard not less than 25 feet in depth; any other building whose lot adjoins a residence district at its side lot line or rear lot line shall have a rear yard not less than 20 feet in depth.
