1260.02 PERMITTED USES.
   Permitted uses in Office Building Districts are:
   (a)   Main Uses.
      (1)   Office buildings: professional, executive, administrative, governmental.
      (2)   Residential buildings of the type permitted and under the same regulations as in the least restrictive contiguous district.
      (3)   Parking areas and accessways for passenger automobiles, as regulated in the Automobile Parking District.
   (b)   Accessory Uses. Accessory uses customarily incident to the main uses listed above, provided such a use has no injurious effect on the adjoining residential districts and is developed integrally with the main building, such as parking areas for employees and customers, one space per 200 square feet of floor area.
