1084.01 NUISANCE CONDITIONS DEFINED.
   As used in this chapter, "weeds" means and includes all weeds, brush, briars, grass likely to catch fire, grass eight inches or more in height, grass and weeds which are spreading or maturing seeds, and other deleterious, unhealthful or unsightly growths or noxious matter. Any such condition on any lot or parcel of land in the City is hereby held to be conducive to the harboring of rats, to the concealment of obnoxious substances and odors and is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
