872.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each day's violations of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. The Law Director is authorized to seek injunctive relief against violations of the provisions of this chapter.
