872.10 REVOCATION OF PERMIT; APPEAL.

The Mayor is hereby granted authority to revoke the permit when it appears that fraud or misrepresentation was practiced in obtaining a permit. An appeal from the decision of the Mayor to revoke a permit shall lie to the Board of Zoning Appeals, which Board shall have the power and authority to review revocations.
