864.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of a telecommunications or utility right-of-way permit granted under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
