848.10 PRIVATE FACILITIES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

Persons who wish to use the public right-of-way of the city for private facilities shall obtain a consent from the city pursuant to Section 848.02, register pursuant to Section 848.03, obtain a construction permit (if applicable) pursuant to Section 848.07 and comply with all provisions of this chapter.
