846.04 BOND OF LICENSEE.

Every licensee under this chapter shall execute and file a bond in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) with a surety satisfactory to the Director of Law, assuring that such licensee will conform to the requirements of laws and ordinances of the City applicable to the licensee.
