Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. Each sale in violation of this chapter and each day of operation without a license or in which a violation is committed, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense.
