Any police officer or any other official designated by City ordinance to make inspections on premises, including, but not limited to building inspectors and fire inspectors, shall have the right of entry to any premises showing evidence of a garage or other residential sale in progress for the purpose of enforcement or inspection and may close the premises from such sale or arrest any individual who violates the provisions of this chapter.
