808.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Safety or his or her authorized representative shall make and enforce such rules and regulations as he or she may deem necessary for the enforcement of the provisions hereof, and for the proper determination and collection of the fines, fees and charges herein provided.
