Upon the approval of any application, a copy shall be left on file in the office of the Building Commissioner. Upon the payment of the fees provided in Section 806.07 hereof, the Building Commissioner shall issue a permit for the construction, installation, reconstruction, alteration or repair of such furnace, boiler-furnace, stack or other apparatus.
