(a) No person shall throw, drop, pour, deposit or discharge or attempt or aid or abet in the throwing, dropping, pouring, depositing or discharging upon the property or person of another any liquid, gaseous or solid substance or matter of any kind which is injurious to any person or property or which is nauseating, sickening, irritating or offensive to any of the senses with intent to wrongfully injure, molest, discomfort, discommode or coerce a person.

(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
