(a) No person removing snow from any driveway or sidewalk within the City shall deposit the same on the pavement or sidewalk of any public street, or on any tree lawn or driveway, except on the premises from which the snow is removed.
(b) No owner, occupant or person in control of the premises from which snow is removed shall knowingly cause any person, by hire or otherwise, to deposit such snow in violation of this section.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense; a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second offense; and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a third or subsequent offense.
