660.15 PILING LEAVES IN STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall throw, pile, strew leaves or permit the same to be thrown upon City streets or allow leaves to accumulate in and upon the City streets in front of their homes so as to obstruct, in any way, a clear view of the curb.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
