608.19 REIMBURSEMENT FOR JAIL COSTS.

Reimbursement for expenses of incarceration of persons sentenced to terms of incarceration in the municipal jail facility, or in any other detention facility or place or facility used for housing persons convicted of crimes, shall be made to the city pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2929.35 through 2929.38.
