452.99 PENALTY.
   ( Editor's note: See Sections 408.01 and 408.02 for general Traffic Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
   (a)   Parking Violation Penalties. Whoever violates any section of Chapter 452 for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense at the same location or upon the same premises during any 30-day period, in which event any person charged with a violation subject to a penalty under this section may pay a waiver, except that any person who is charged with violating the same provision of Chapter 452 on each of four different days within a 30-day period shall be required to make a court appearance and, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01.

   (b)   Waivers. Waiver shall be paid in the following amounts:
      (1)   For any parking violation in a handicapped zone, including but not limited to 452.04(f):
         A.   If paid within 72 hours of the issuance of the citation, a fine in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
         B.   If paid more than 72 hours after the issuance of the citation but before the thirty-first day, a fine in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00).
         C.   If paid more than 30 days after the issuance of the citation, a fine in the amount of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00).

      (2)   For any other parking violation in Chapter 452:
         A.   If paid within 72 hours of the issuance of the citation, a fine in the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00).
         B.   If paid more than 72 hours after the issuance of the citation but before the thirty-first day, a fine in the sum of thirty dollars ($30.00).
         C.   If paid more than 30 days after the issuance of the citation, a fine in the sum of forty dollars ($40.00).
