(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle in those places designated as off street parking places by the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. within 75 feet from a residential district. Official signs shall be erected designating the location of such areas and the hours during which no parking is allowed.
(b) Violation of this section shall automatically constitute authorization for the removal of the vehicle pursuant to Section 404.07, and the owner of the vehicle shall be prima facie responsible for any towing and storage charges in connection with the removal of the vehicle.
(c) Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01.
