No person who is aware that he or she has removed or damaged any barrier, light or other warning device referred to in this Traffic Code, or who has extinguished any light referred to herein, shall fail to stop and immediately replace such barrier or other warning device, or relight such light, if extinguished, or in lieu thereof, notify immediately the Police that such barrier, light or other warning device has been damaged, removed or extinguished.
