No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon any private driveway, or the apron thereof, or across any sidewalk, on or abutting or adjacent to the right of way for Miramar Boulevard, between the intersection of Miramar Boulevard and Washington Boulevard and the intersection of Miramar Boulevard and Milford Road, for the purpose of changing the direction in which that vehicle was traveling on Miramar Boulevard prior to the use of the driveway, apron or sidewalk involved.
