(a) Definition. For the purpose of this section, “toy vehicles” include, but are not limited to, motorized scooters, skateboards, rollerskates, wagons, sleds, coasters, or similar devices. Bicycles and electric bicycles are specifically excluded from this definition.
(b) No toy vehicle shall be operated by any person upon any parking area in a retail district (U-7) and office building district (U-6) or a shopping center district (U-8) or a Cedar Center District (U-9) or upon any public tennis court.
(c) Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Warning signs shall be posted in the districts.
