412.07 BICYCLES AND TOY VEHICLES PROHIBITED IN SHOPPING AREA PARKING LOTS.
   (a)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, “toy vehicles” include, but are not limited to, motorized scooters, skateboards, rollerskates, wagons, sleds, coasters, or similar devices.
   (b)   No toy vehicle, nor bicycle shall be operated by any person upon any parking area in a retail district (U-7) and office building district (U-6) or a shopping center district (U-8) or a Cedar Center District (U-9) or upon any public tennis court. Bicycles may be ridden to the right side of the traveled way directly to and from bicycle storage racks provided at the district.
   (c)   Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Warning signs shall be posted in the districts.
