406.09 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Sections 408.01 and 408.02.
