(a) A petty cash fund, not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) at any time, is hereby established in the Division of Building of the City. Said fund shall be used for the purpose of making change in the collection of permits, fees, and licenses.
(b) The fund shall be the responsibility of the Building Commissioner, who shall be accountable to the Director of Finance.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to provide funds for said petty cash fund from the General Fund of the City, and to charge such expenditures to an appropriate item of the budget of the Division of Building.
