242.05 COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTOR.

There is hereby established within the Division of Building Engineering and Inspection the position of Commercial Building Inspector. Such Inspector shall be directly responsible to the Building Commissioner. The designation of an employee to fill such position shall be made by the Mayor.
