204.02 OFFICIAL SEAL.

The Official Seal of the City, which shall be in the custody of the Clerk of Council and/or the Department of Finance, shall have engraved thereon the coat of arms of the State of Ohio, shall be 2¼ inches in diameter and shall be surrounded by these words "The City of University Heights - Chartered June 3rd, 1941."
