(a) The following bench mark elevations established by the Cleveland Regional Geodetic Survey, and based upon sea level, are established as reference points for streets and public improvements in the City.
(1) Bench Marks O.M. 939 - El. 1007.698 - East Scarborough Road:
Approximately seventeen feet north of center line of East Scarborough Road and twenty-one feet east of center line of Edgerton Road. 598.68 feet northwest of top and center of hydrant of southwest corner. 73.20 feet northeast of N & V in pole #523535 on south side of East Scarborough Road.
(2) Bench Marks O.M. 940 - E1. 1023.867 - East Scarborough Road:
Approximately twenty-one feet north of center line of East Scarborough Road and twenty-nine feet west of center line of Charney Road. 22.56 feet northwest of center line. Monument Box at Int. 59.72 feet northwest of N & V in CEI Pole #256353 on southeast corner.
(3) Bench Marks O.M. 924 - El. 1030.594 - Cedar Road:
Approximately thirty-one feet south of center line of Cedar Road and 901 feet east of center line of Warrensville Center Road. 55.90 feet south of N & V in Pole #505361 on north side of Cedar Road. 84.9 feet southwest of N & V in twelve-foot tree on north side of Cedar Road.
(4) Bench Marks O. M. X-9 El. 1077.862 - Hadleigh Road:
Approximately thirty-two feet north of center line of Hadleigh Road and fifty feet southeast of center line of Carroll Boulevard. 7.95 feet east of sign of above streets. 28.39 feet northwest of cross in west end Catchbasin North Curb Hadleigh at turnout to Carroll.
(5) Bench Marks O.M. X-8 -E1.1059.191.- Miramar Boulevard:
Approximately forty-five feet northwest of center line (Tan. Produced) Miramar Boulevard and thirty-six feet east of center line of Milford Rd. 72.94 feet northeast of top and center of hydrant on west side of Milford. 50.18 feet southeast of cross cut in south end of catchbasin west curb of Milford.
(6) Bench Marks O.M. 977 - El. 1068 174 - Belvoir Boulevard:
Approximately eighteen feet west of center line of east roadway of Belvoir Boulevard and thirty-eight feet south of center line of Washington Boulevard. 38.75 feet south of Center Line Intersection Monument - 43.84 feet northeast of top and center of hydrant west side of West Roadway of Belvoir Boulevard.
(7) Bench Marks O. M. 207 - El. 1024.299 - Warrensville Center Road:
Approximately forty-five feet east of center line of Warrensville Center Road and thirty-four feet south of center line of Cedar Road. 56.39 feet southeast of I.P. in Monument Box Center Line Intersection 76.88 feet south of N & V in Pole #211697 on northeast corner.
(8) Bench Marks O. M. 1490 - El. 1040.465 - Belvoir Boulevard:
Approximately eighty feet west of center line of Belvoir Boulevard and thirty-five feet south of center line of Cedar Road. 86.55 feet southwest of I. P. in Monument Box Center Line Intersection 62.84 feet northwest of tap and center of Hydrant on west side of Belvoir.
(9) Bench Marks O. M. 967 - El. 1084.628 - Washington Boulevard:
Approximately twenty-nine feet south of center line of Washington Boulevard and 350 feet west of center line of Milton Road. 76.82 feet southwest of N & V in CEI Pole #316907 on northeast corner. 72.92 feet southeast of N & V in CEI Pole #316906 on northwest corner.
(10) Bench Marks O. M. 937 - E1. 1000.965 - Cedar Road:
Approximately thirty-one feet north of center line of Cedar Road and twenty-one feet west of center line of Cranston Road. 87.98 feet northeast of top and center of Hydrant on north side of Cedar Road. 10.65 feet northwest of N & V in CEI Pole #56326.
(b) All grades or levels hereafter established for streets or public improvements will be designated by giving the height in feet and hundredths of a foot above such datum lines herein established.
