§ 31.22 MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   The Municipal Judge shall be appointed by the Mayor, with prior approval of the City Council, for an indefinite term, and may be removed from office by the Council with 30 days' written notice seting forth the reasons for removal. In addition to the powers and duties set out in the Charter for the Municipal Judge, he or she shall keep a full and complete record of the proceedings held before him or her, both civil and criminal, and he or she shall account to the City Recorder and Treasurer for all costs and fines levied by him or her.
