Pursuant to the requirement established in O.R.S. Ch. 455 that the city has a joint management agreement with the Union County Building Department who administers and enforces the state specialty codes, the city does hereby acknowledge that the state specialty codes contain certain provisions that apply to the design and construction of buildings and structures located in special flood hazard areas. Therefore, this chapter is intended to be administered and enforced in conjunction with the state specialty codes.
