(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable according to the provisions of Ordinance 359 by a forfeiture not to exceed $500; provided, however, if there is a violation of any provision identical to a state statute with a lesser penalty attaching, punishment shall be limited to the less penalty prescribed in the state law.
(B) Any violation of § 131.104 may be considered a nuisance and is punishable each day the nuisance is maintained and shall constitute a separate offense.
