§ 100.08 ENFORCEMENT.

The following individuals shall enforce this chapter: The City Administrator's or Police Chief will have primary responsibility for the enforcement of the noise regulations contained in this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the City Administrator's or City Administrator's designee from obtaining voluntary compliance by way of warning, notice or education.
